Adam Ekpakokak, born in 1982, grew up and still resides in Ulukhaktok, formerly Holman. Adam’s father is well known carver and community leader Pat Ekpakokak. Similar to his father’s style, Adam works with Muskox horn and caribou antler as his preferred carving media. He has become recognized for his portrayals of cranes and geese. His work has become synonymous with elegance and grace. Exhibition information available upon request.
