Susan Point’s Iona Beach is a beautiful addition to her Blue Herons series. The design represents the Fraser River with Salmon and a Heron depicted in the print. The Blue Heron series of three serigraphs were based on a public art commission for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics. The designs were incorporated into the buttresses of the Olympic skating oval in Richmond, BC.
